Return and cancellation policies

Are you not satisfied with your order?
We would love to know how we can improve!

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging, or send us a photo showing the product is defective.
We will verify the photo and in most cases we can resolve the issue without you having to return the product.
We guarantee that your money will be refunded within five working days of us receiving your return, or after we have verified the photo via our customer service.

Important: Beauty products and items purchased during sales or other discounts cannot be returned.

Returns by mail

You have up to 14 days to exchange a product for a different size/color or request a refund if the package is delivered to a parcel agent near you.

Instructions:

1. Please contact us at info@bonzeraussies.com before sending anything to get the correct return address.
   Our products are shipped from different distribution centers, and we will notify you of the correct return address based on the item.

2. Pack the product securely in the original packaging.

3. Please include a note with your order number and reason for return .

4. Send the package using trackable shipping (e.g. DHL or Australia Post) and save the receipt.

(Please note that the address may differ depending on the product category; our customer service always confirms the correct return address before sending the return.)

Shipping costs for returns

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returns.
Shipping costs are not refundable, and any original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Recommendation: Always use trackable shipping or shipping insurance.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@bonzeraussies.com .

• Within 12 hours: full refund without conditions.

• After 12 hours: the order must first be received and returned according to the return terms above.
